The volume reports a detailed examination of facility management, analyzes its still existing legal, organizational and management problems and proposes innovative solutions with the cutting of a practical operating manual. In fact, in the text, a new approach for the management of facility management, management services is developed, starting right from the analysis of a healthcare company case study. The method, called Open Facility Management, was designed on the basis of the experience gained by the actors in the field and testing the solutions proposed in the case study.
