The need to disseminate the language, logic and tools of planning and organization in healthcare represents a strategic priority for the joint achievement of objectives of assistance effectiveness, technical and organizational appropriateness and efficiency in the allocation and use of resources. In a scenario of international reforms, which involve health systems following changes in the epidemiological framework and technological innovation and in a context of European development that requires our country to increase its commitment to respect the parameters identified by the Maastricht Treaty, a modernization of training tools to adequately deal with these developments is undoubtedly useful. Hygiene is traditionally a discipline capable of recomposing multidisciplinary and multi-professional content and offering integrated training solutions in the context of the Planning, Organization and Management of Health Services as well as in the specific areas of Prevention. For some time we have dealt with these issues both in service activities, both in applied research and in training. In particular, our experience in the field of managerial training has been consolidated over the years through teaching carried out according to the most modern teaching methods to different types of recipients related to: Degree Courses in Medicine and Surgery and Economics, Medical Specialization Schools , 1st and 2nd level University Masters, Specialization Courses, Continuing Education Courses in Medicine oriented to the professional qualification or requalification of various categories of operators in the health sector, Regional Training Courses for Senior Business Management and for Structure Directors complex.
